① 法人契約をご利用のクライアント様 For Clients Covered Under a Corporate Program

法人契約プログラムをご利用の場合、セッション料金の自己負担はございません。安心してご予約・ご相談いただけます。

 

Clients receiving services through a corporate-sponsored program will have no out-of-pocket expenses for sessions.Please feel free to schedule your appointment with confidence.

 

② 保険払い戻し制度をご利用のクライアント様 Clients Using Out-of-Network Insurance Benefits

     保険をお使いの場合は、保険会社に適用の有無を事前にご確認ください

     If you are using insurance, please check with your insurance company beforehand to confirm coverage.

 

セッション料金は、カウンセリング当日に一旦お支払いいただきます。その後、保険請求に必要な Superbill（診療明細書）をお渡しいたしますので、ご自身で保険会社へご提出ください。通常、払い戻しは約1か月程度で行われます。

 

For Session fees are payable at the time of service. A Superbill will be provided for insurance reimbursement purposes, which may be submitted directly to your insurance provider.Reimbursements are typically processed within approximately one month.
